TO THOSE I LOVE
When I am gone, just release me, let me go ~so I can move into my afterglow. You mustn't tie me down with your tears; let's be happy that we had so many years. I gave you my love, you can only guess how much you gave me in happiness. I thank you for the love you each have shown, but now it's time I traveled on alone. So grieve for me awhile, if grieve you must, then let your grief be comforted with trust. It's only for a while that we must part, so bless the memories within your heart. And then, when you must come this way alone, I'll greet you with a smile and a "Welcome Home."

As sorrow shadows my heart my mind is full of memories
Tears fall from my eyes as I recall the thought of you
I take comfort knowing that you are in heaven with my mom.
Of all the memories that stand out
I most remember the stories that you told me
The way you were always honest with me and held nothing back
For an open ear you always had for me
A comfort I have lost in losing you
The pain I feel may never heal
Another loss to mourn, more tears to shed
Life remembered
Memories to recall
Leaning on one another to make it through
My dear aunt how I love you
I miss you much
I will miss the smile upon your face, the sound of your voice and the security of your presence.
Goodbye for now my dear sweet aunt until we meet again.

Three Sister
We are the Three Sisters of Fire and Earth and Water.
Without us, nothing lives of grows.
We are the Three Daughters of Sun and Moon and Stars.
Without us, no path exists through the universe.
We are the Three Wives of Birds and Trees and Animals.
Without us, there would be no wings or roots or bones
We are the Three Mothers of Clouds and Wind and Rain.
Without us, our children would go hungry.
We are the Three Friends of Beauty.
Without us, flowers would look like stones.
We are the Three Grandmothers of Wisdom.
Without us, men would only speak of war.
We are the Three Aunts of Endurance.
Without us, what would survive?

Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole
Prep: 5 min. Bake 1 hr. Makes: 6 servings
1 Can (26 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
2 Cups Water
1 1/2 Cup uncooked long-grain white rice
3 Cups fresh of frozen vegetables
1 tsp. onion powder
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1. Stir soup, water, rice, vegetables and onion powder in 13 x 9" shallow baking dish.
2. Top with Chicken, Season chicken as desired.
Cover.
3. Bake at 375`F. for 1 hr. or until done. Top with cheese.
